Ending Poverty | Private Sector Development | Agribusiness & Food Security | Climate Finance | Strategy | Multilateral Governance | International Operations | Corporate Management Raphaëlle has 15 years of experience in private sector financing in developing countries and in international governance in various capacities in both private (Société Générale and HSBC) and multilateral institutions (World Bank Group and United Nations). Raphaelle currently leads a fast-growing business development hub of ~80 people and manages relationships with the French, Spanish and Israeli governments, public entities and private companies, with the ambition to develop IFC business with European companies particularly in the field of tech and climate solutions. Prior to this she was Senior Adviser to the President of the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and Adviser to IFC Chief Operating Officer (COO). Raphaelle holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine and from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Masters in International Affairs from Université Paris Dauphine where she teaches a class on Impact Investing.
