ABOUT RAPHAELLE PARKER

Principal Scientist in the AI and Genomics team at Janssen R&D, I have 15 years of practice in Medical sciences, from academic research to Medical Affairs, and now in R&D. Meticulous and rigorous are the 2 trends that go together with my passion for sciences. Very much involved in all the projects I embrace, I want things to move forward and to take shape rapidly, which translates into a strong leadership. However, my interpersonal and diplomatic skills have always allowed me to build respectful peer-to-peer relationships, with my collaborators as well as with key opinion leaders. Eventually, a strong appetite for knowledge transmission, together with some good communication skills, allowed me to ensure some teaching and trainings all along my professional experience.
