ABOUT RAPHAËLLE CHARBIT
Understanding others, whatever their backgrounds, origins, native languages or opinions have always been one of my goals: we learn from the experiences of the people in our lives. From a young age, I developed an interest in diversity and its importance in our organizations and companies. Following a logical path and my convictions, after a French/Spanish high school diploma, I decided to integrate a French American International Business dual degree.In this 4-year program, we spend 2 years on NEOMA’s campus in Reims (France) and 2 years at our Boston’s partner Northeastern University (US). At the end of these 4 years, I will graduate from both school but most importantly I will have developed competencies that will help me thrive in a multicultural environment.Demanding and conscientious, I have strong organizational skills. My analysis and synthesis abilities allow me, among other things, to be proactive in my work. Intrinsically curious and able to listen to others’ perspectives I can adapt to any situation. I believe that my strong involvement and my interpersonal skills are keys to become a manager of tomorrow.
