ABOUT RAPHAËL GAGNA

After spending 3 years driving Group Butagaz Transformation and process digitalization & optimization, my current role as Head of Finance for Butagaz New Energies Business Unit is to accelerate growth and financial performance. This strategic BU for the group mainly focused on solar PV installation business and wood pellet distribution represents €50m+ of turnover and 140 FTE. In charge of the full Finance spectrum (accounting, FP & A, cash, business integration, internal control, process optimization), my role is to develop profitability through building strategy, enhancing financial and operational performance and developing organic and external growth. Previously, I spent 10 years working in several finance positions (auditing, FP & A, controlling) both in France & abroad with a track record of leading successful projects such as business integration, cost optimization, crisis management involving operational turnaround). Collaborative leader and team player, I managed and develop teams up to 25 people.
