I oversee D&A\'s internal and external communications. This includes creating written content for the website, newsletters, blog posts, press articles, as well as writing internal guidelines and staff handbooks, company policies, sector updates and best practice announcements. I also have experience in bid writing, drafting reports and concept papers. I produce creative content for social media and marketing materials, such as infographics, animations, posters etc.\\\\n\\\\nMy role also encompasses project management- steering projects from the planning stages through to delivery, acting as a central point of contact between internal departments, clients and stakeholders. I designed and coordinated an award-winning digital inclusion project, working with partners such as Crisis and St. Mungo\'s anti-homelessness charities, to support neurodivergent service-users.\\\\n\\\\nIn my capacity as an associate director, further responsibilities include new business development, HR and recruitment and strategic business planning.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n

This is what my day-to-day currently looks like: Managing a team of passionate and knowledgeable accessibility and inclusion specialists to deliver D&A\'s training and consultancy services. Project management and development of training programs (live sessions and e-learning) for various UN agencies such as WFP, UNFPA and UNFAO, in the fields of disability and neurodiversity inclusion and equity, diversity and inclusion. Experienced in managing complex international, multi-lingual adult learning projects, working with leadership. Strategic communications, leading a team to deliver impactful campaigns across a variety of platforms and mediums. 🧭Business strategy and management, as one of D&A\'s Directors, I am involved in shaping the vision and direction of our disabled-led social enterprise. Working with the team of directors, I am often called on to sense-check ideas and ensure we\'re on the right track to fulfilling our social justice missions. A snapshot overview of my career in one line (no easy task!): 10+ years of experience working in a leadership position in communications, training and consultancy in the field of disability/ neurodiversity/ digital inclusion/ social enterprise.
