Established and currently lead the Finance PMO, developing and implementing governance frameworks, standardized methodologies, and reporting structures to drive successful business transformation initiatives. Partner with finance stakeholders and senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic financial goals. Oversee the rationalization of organizational structures, processes, and systems, including master data management, to enhance efficiency and data integrity within the finance function. Providing expertise in business transformation to finance stakeholders, from governance to benefits realization, rationalizing organisation, processes, systems and master data management. Business transformation success relies on consistent methodologies and proper change management, my role will be to structure the overall program, taking advantage of my past experience in leading significant projects.
