After a successful initial pilot test regarding digital training in the payroll area and the initial establishment of the Paychex Academy, I am now focused on building an efficient, educational, and diverse LMS that offers courses both internally and externally. This system will actively support our existing infrastructure with extensive knowledge and expertise in the payroll universe. I coordinate, conceptualize, and manage the project workflows while collaborating with our trainers and relevant departments to identify the requirements and desires for the LMS. Furthermore, with the shared goal of \"making payroll sexy,\" I ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, creating engaging and enjoyable online tools to build the necessary knowledge.
