ABOUT RAPHAELA GRIMSTEAD
I am a Partner and Researcher at Saxton Bampfylde, one of the world’s leading independent executive search firms and leadership consultancies. I have a BSc in Security and Crime Science from UCL, where I gained a solid foundation in the interdisciplinary study of security, crime, intelligence and risk management from a prevention perspective. My core competencies include diligence, communication, organisation and technical skills, which I have developed and applied in various roles and projects throughout my career. I sit within the research team, while also being a member of Panorama, a global community of leadership experts. I work with some of the world’s most interesting and important organisations, from FTSE 100 companies and blue-chip multinationals, across government and academia, through to foundation trust hospitals, arts institutions and not-for-profit organisations. I contribute to the delivery of high-quality executive search and leadership consultancy services, using my analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about promoting a diverse and sustainable perspective of leadership, and I bring my own unique experiences and insights to the team. I have also completed the Circl Leader Coach Programme, which is recognised by the Association for Coaching, and I have an Open Water Diver certification from BSAC.
