With over 19 years of experience in banking, I am a now Domain Manager at Santander UK, where I help deliver a modern configurable eco-system to underpin the core service and activities for the bank. I support the strategic aims of the bank by improving customer and colleague experiences through automation and self-service applying my knowledge and skills gained working as a Private and Corporate Banker across two major International Banks.
