My expertise spans AI, 5G/6G, encryption, digital twins, circular economy, plastics recycling, and advanced manufacturing technologies. This unique combination enables me to bridge technological excellence with innovation management and to design sustainable business models for the future. & As Dr-Ing. and MBA graduate, I was trained at leading institutions in Germany, France, the USA, and China, including RWTH Aachen, Collège des Ingénieurs, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and INSA Lyon. My academic journey has been recognized with multiple awards and distinctions, highlighting both excellence and international perspective. Beyond my professional roles, I have been volunteering for more than 20 years, focusing on sustainability, education, and social responsibility. I am part of the Capital Top 40 under 40, an active member of Think Tank 30 (Club of Rome), and contribute to the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s Voices of Economic Transformation. As author of Understanding Plastics Recycling (3 editions, Hanser Verlag) and keynote speaker at international conferences, I enjoy shaping the global dialogue on innovation, sustainability, and circular transformation.
