ABOUT RAPHAEL KATZ
Product & Service Designer with experience across retail, digital platforms, and advisory services. I connect research, strategy, and delivery to create user-centered digital experiences. Open to freelance collaborations. Originally trained as a Service Designer, I built my expertise around understanding users, shaping services, and linking design to business strategy. This perspective naturally evolved into Product Design, where I combine research, strategy, and delivery to shape impactful solutions. Working with companies such as Carrefour, SeLoger, and Rydge, I explored this mindset in different contexts—from reimagining services in retail to simplifying digital journeys in advisory platforms. Across all these projects, I designed for both end clients and collaborators, always aiming to improve both sides of the experience. I rely on interviews, workshops, co-creation, digital tools, and AI to deliver meaningful results. I remain passionate about both Service Design and Product Design, with a strong interest in how design connects to business strategy and long-term value creation. Based in Paris, I’m always keen to exchange ideas about design, innovation, and the role of technology in our practice.
