Led a team of designers to build a detailed and scalable design system for a complex backend OTT application based on technical and usability requirements of the team- Facilitated UX activities such as persona mapping, empathy mapping, ecosystem mapping, Storyboarding, experience mapping, and many more- Designed client deliverables such as report presentations, journey maps, service blueprints, and usability test reports based on internal as well as client branding standards- Collaborated with researchers to conduct usability tests, and user interviews, and create recruitment mailers, concept cards, etc- Led and coordinated internal design projects which involved revamping DFFRNT’s branding guidelines and website design- Consulted designers and stakeholders to help them define an overall consistent design language for their products and brand identity.
