A seasoned technology professional with 23 years of experience in diverse business and people development roles. With a large part of my career in the IT services industry, I have experience in both client facing and internal people capability development roles. Some of the roles I have straddled include, Driving Workforce Transformation at scale, Driving Change across internal and client organizations, Consulting for process, redesigning and implementing new operating models, Presales & Project Delivery Management. With a deep interest in driving organization performance by impacting individuals, I made a career switch to the People Leadership space and currently works in a Technology Startup, NWORX, which specializes in improving people effectiveness at work through their AI platform. As the Head of Customer Success and Solutioning, I am involved in solutioning and implementation of NWORX in corporates and startups, with the objective of helping individuals realize their potential, improve individual effectiveness, and thereby impact results. A firm believer in diversity of experience to learn and build perspective, I have a wide range of interest across music, new cuisines, exploring new places, wannabe farming but most of all being close to nature.
