Development and integration of a new 80V Battery Platform, battery management system and related modules. • Qualification of Li-Ion Power Cells and advanced cell parameterization for SOC, SOH, DCIR, Thermal Modeling. • Development of a new 80V Platform used on the rideon lawn mowers. Including the 80V Battery pack, 1400W Charger, DC/DC Converter and Platform interface controller using advanced CAN Stack network. • Development of a 12V Platform BMS for low-cost tools with integrated battery pack. • Development of a 500W 40V Fast Charger for outdoor products. • Development of a high efficiency 2400W DC/DC Converter using GAN Mosfet. • Development of a battery powered AC Sources on a wide range of powers (150W – 2800W). • Implemented a V-Model based development process and qualification methods for electronic components, Lithium-Ion Cells. • Implemented an Agile/Scrum firmware development process. • Implemented Electronics Engineering Lab management processes and methods. • Implemented JSTD and IPC methods for hardware prototyping. • Development of a 40V BMS and Battery and BMS, including the qualification of leading-edge battery cell technologies. • Implementation of autonomous detection methods for returned goods and manufacturing rejects. • Development of advanced battery cooling and charging methods. • Implementation of multi-domain simulation methods for digital power controls and battery packs.
