About Anusha Rao
Hi! I\'m Anusha (she/her) and currently a designer who loves to grow in design strategy and ambiguity! I apply design strategies to solve complex problems and drive success for both products and humans!Alongside my design work, I also work as a recruiter where I collaborate with teams to identify talent, evaluate candidates, and help build strong product and engineering teams. This experience allows me to see both sides of the product development process - not only designing solutions, but also helping companies find the people who build them.I\'ve had experience in B2B, B2C, and the combination of both when solely creating the design for an app, STYiLES, for a startup company.
