I am a Waste Management Professional with over 5+ years of experience in sustainable solid waste solutions and 9+ years of overall professional experience, including 4+ years in the automation sector.Currently, I lead the EcoGram Facility at Saahas in Gurugram, an integrated system processing 8 tons of waste daily through composting, biogas, and material recovery operations. My role extends beyond operations to community engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and capacity building for informal waste workers, ensuring inclusive and impactful solutions.My career began in business development and industrial automation, but my passion for sustainability led me into the waste sector. With an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a B.Tech in Mechanical & Automation Engineering, I bring together technical expertise and strategic leadership to design, implement, and scale decentralized waste management models that reduce landfill dependency and enable circular economy practices.I have spearheaded projects like Alag Karo, promoting source segregation in RWAs, empowering waste workers through training, and building replicable systems for waste diversion and recycling. I am passionate about collaborating with urban local bodies, RWAs, corporates, and NGOs to create long-term systemic change in the waste ecosystem.
