ABOUT RANYA HAIDAR
I am fully knowledgeable in all departments and administrative functions required to operate. I work directly under, and answer only to, the president of the company. On a day-to-day basis, I monitor customer accounts to ensure they are in good standing at all times, as well as track our daily cash flow. I compute and prepare monthly and semi-annual rebates for qualified customers based on their contract terms. I also maintain spreadsheets which are used by our CPA to prepare quarterly and year-end financials. I meet with all new customers and prepare their supply agreement and BP branded contracts. I have extensive experience in all administrative functions including, but not limited to; accounts payable and preparing and editing all press releases and legal documents for depositions.
