Key Responsibilities are: Monitor and validate daily transactions, ensuring accurate reporting and timely payments. Prepare and review the Daily Fund Flow report to optimize cash flow. Oversee centralized bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations. Oversee the preparation and validation of the Daily Fund Flow report, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Address operational issues across departments and SAP-related challenges, including UAT and automation. Review Capex plans, assist in preparing the annual Capex budget, and analyze project proposals from a financial perspective. Ensure cost forecasts, benefit analyses, and payback calculations for projects. Report post-completion deviations in project estimates and review Capex purchase contracts for compliance. Handle audits (statutory, internal, and tax) and address auditor queries promptly. Manage statutory payments, returns, audits, and reconciliations efficiently. With a proactive approach, I ensure robust financial processes and compliance while contributing to organizational success. Review and approve payment advice or provide relevant comments. Maintain accurate transaction records for TOC and other meetings. Act as a key decision-maker and support the VP Commercial and GM Marketing, serving as second in command during their absence.
