Responsible for orchestrating comprehensive manufacturing and packaging operations within an Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) facility, encompassing strategic oversight of production processes, regulatory compliance, and meticulous documentation. This role entails spearheading operational excellence, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all facets of the manufacturing ecosystem.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Direct and optimize all manufacturing and packaging activities, ensuring seamless execution of production schedules to achieve operational targets- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold rigorous adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and global regulatory frameworks (e.g, FDA, EMA), facilitating successful audits and inspections- Documentation Excellence: Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of critical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and compliance reports, to ensure traceability and regulatory alignment- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation- Process Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and uphold product quality through methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive operations and compliance with industry standards- Resource Stewardship: Strategically manage equipment, materials, and human resources to meet production objectives while maintaining fiscal discipline.
