MIS, M&E Systems Strengthening and Reporting• Work closely with Executive leadership to develop, implement and manage a process monitoring and evaluation system for programs• Develop M&E data collection tools, program metrics and data collection & analysis system• Train staff teams on implementation of the reporting tools and M&E systems• Assist the Program Team in bi-annual and annual program reviews and drafting of annual reports• Work closely with external vendors to design, build, manage and fine tune MIS System• Continuously follow up with field teams for reports & data from program activities across intervention regions• Conduct regular review of data collected and share program related information on achievements, gaps and improvements with Program Directors and Executive Leadership• Build Dashboards and Live Reports for use by Senior Management and Program Directors to enable better data driven decision making processes• Work closely with Program leadership to conduct mid-term and end-line reviews of programs2. Issue Based Research• Periodically develop research design, data collection tools, and analysis for issue-based research on key issues related to program interventions• Conduct analysis on data collected and draft quality analytical reports• Guide the program development team for program quality improvement and implementation
