Three years ago, I was on the floor of an automotive plant in Pune, figuring out why vehicles weren\'t flowing through the line cleanly. Today, as an MBA Candidate at the University of Southampton, I am learning how to solve those same operational bottlenecks at a macro, strategic level.At Tata Technologies, I progressed to Senior Engineer, running the ONEVAL testing and validation platform for global OEM clients like VinFast and Renault. Operating as the single point of contact under real-time pressure, I managed cross-functional stakeholder logistics, tracked critical quality attributes (like NVH and Perceived Quality), and optimized validation processes—in one case, streamlining activities by 80% to significantly reduce programme costs. I know exactly what it takes to catch a slipping project and hold it together.My MBA is filling in the gaps: bridging my hands-on engineering background with high-level corporate strategy. I am actively building expertise in supply chain resilience, sustainable innovation, competitive decision-making, and risk analytics.
