Nature Of Job.Currently I am looking activity of fuel testing for refinery and petrochemical.I have been working since the refinery was commissioned. I also take proactive role in operating all aspect of laboratory analytical equipment, performing the various analytical methods setup and techniques used in crude oil and fuel analysis. Job Responsibilities:Conduct routine and advanced analysis of crude oil, intermediate products, and final refined products to ensure quality specifications.Work closely with refinery & petrochemical operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product specification, fouling, corrosion, and catalyst deactivation.Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed technical reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with safety.Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods to enhance laboratory efficiency and accuracy.Operated and maintained laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning.Collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize refining processes, contributing to energy efficiency and improved yield.Provide efficient and reliable analytical services to the plant by adhering to lab SOPs and safe work practices in line with implemented lab quality system as per ISO 17025 standard. ATF Test Report Signatory and overall responsible for ATF regulatory approval like DGCA, DGAQA and CEMILAC. I have conducted all ATF study for CEMILAC design approval and subsequent DGAQA approvals. Responsible for crude assay report as per TBP (ASTM D 2892) & Pot-still (ASTM D 5236).Implement Calibration & Verification Schedule and planning of workforce for daily routine and non -routine activity in the department. Training & Validation of new joined & trainee employees.
