We are inspired by history, art, music, literature, and the beauty of the natural world.While the definition of Humanism may vary from person to person and organization to organization, the most complete definition is the Amsterdam Declaration 2002, which was adopted by the International Humanist and Ethical Union (IHEU):Humanism is the outcome of a long tradition of free thought that has inspired many of the world’s great thinkers and creative artists and gave rise to science itself.Rankin has been working in the Wedding world since 2016, and has officiated and MCeed 6 weddings.Rankin has worked in education and recreation for the last 15 years, primarily through summer camps. He has been described as approachable, even tempered, and he knows how to work a room.Rankin graduated from Queen\'s University with a B.A.(Hons.) in History and Religious studies, and has always had in interested in ceremony and rites of passage.Rankin believes that any ceremony is important, that a wedding is your ceremony, and that is why he created RMCeremonies.You and he will work together to make sure that your ceremony reflects you, your values, and your relationship.Rankin is more than willing to officiate for any couple regardless of identity or orientation!
