With my current designation as a Resourcing Specialist, I am accountable for developing a dynamic portfolio of competent applicants and formulate strategies for Talent Acquisition to attract and assess talent and build a robust pipeline of the potential joiners. I lead full life cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through souring and offer acceptance. I efficiently ensure the compliance with the established HR policies and procedures supervising the retention, cost and engagement metrics.I spearhead the HR Operations and their execution while resolving any loopholes. It includes Workforce Resourcing, Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance Management, R&R and Employee Engagement. I steer the bulk hiring procedure to fill in the demands with high potential candidates at the right time. I serve as a mentor for the teams while establishing an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued learning.I also nurture harmonious and positive business relationship with the candidates and act as a link between the company and the applicants. Identified continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies while maintain a track of the recruiting activities & metrics and provided daily/weekly reports to the manager. Moreover, I conduct extensive market analysis and utilize market intelligence to deliver best-in-class practices for the end-to-end HR processes of recruiting, sourcing, operations and strategy creations. I also administer the training needs of the organization to drive training initiatives with a focus on employee development and aligning it to the job requirements and future endeavours.
