Prepare internal and external governance model in order to track and monitor contractual compliance, employee engagement, performance and relationship health. Responsible for quarterly rewards and recognition program and yearly performance reviews5. Provide inputs and presentations for weekly/monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients in a timely manner. Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time.
