Key Responsibilities & Strategic Initiatives•Liaison & Coordination: Collaborate with national and state-level partners (NABARD, MANAGE, ICAR Institutes, State Departments, NGOs, and Private Sector) to ensure seamless project execution.•Strategic Partnerships & Governance: Serve as the primary liaison with NABARD, strengthen stakeholder networks, and coordinate steering committee meetings, project visits, and impact assessments.•Project Management & Reporting: Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring effective execution, impact assessment, and financial sustainability, including short-term funding (Ukraine Fund).•Program & Cross-Sector Coordination: Lead multi-stakeholder collaboration with MNRE, ICAR, and others for PM-KUSUM and GIZ initiatives, enhancing cross-project synergies through 100 awareness and & outreach workshops for farmers at 100 KVKs in across India under 100 Days program of Government of India.•Technical & Geospatial Planning: Develop geoinformatics-based tools for Composite Resource Management for Sustainable Soil Management (CRSSM) and e-Prakriti to promote agroecological farming approaches.•Capacity Building & Knowledge Exchange: Design course/training modules and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) on sustainable soil management for World Bank-funded projects and MANAGE Hyderabad.•Climate Action & Sustainability: Advance Urban-Rural Nutrients & Carbon Cycle (URNCC) initiatives, fostering bioresource-based business models.•Value Chain Development: Scale up innovations in potato and tomato value chains, enhancing sustainability and market linkages.•Farmer Awareness & Outreach: Conduct 100 awareness programs across 100 KVKs in 28 States & UTs under PM-KUSUM Component A, in partnership with MNRE & ICAR.•International Collaboration: Lead the Germany-India-Ethiopia/Madagascar Trilateral Collaboration on agriculture, food systems, and post-harvest technologies, ensuring strategic alignment and knowledge exchange.
