   Working on projects related to EC\'s of Commercial Aircraft Engine\'s and Industrial Gas Turbine Engine\'s for our Client PWA.As an Integrated Project Team Lead, I coordinate and lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure that all tasks and technical requirements are met efficiently and effectively. My role involves meticulous planning and management of both budget and schedule for all assigned tasks, ensuring that we stay on track and within financial constraints.I prepare and present comprehensive status reports and technical content to the Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT), providing clear insights into project progress and technical challenges. My work closely involves collaboration with IPT members and relevant authorities on hardware field investigations, where I drive root cause analysis and recommend product improvements based on findings.I lead the execution of Class 1 and Class 2 engineering changes, ensuring that all modifications are thoroughly evaluated and implemented correctly. Additionally, I coordinate the evaluation and disposition of quality non-conformances and handle supplier requests for information, maintaining high standards of product quality and supplier communication. I also present and review these engineering changes in the Change Control Board chair\'s review, ensuring all changes are aligned with project goals and regulatory standards.Risk assessment is a crucial part of my responsibilities, where I develop and implement mitigation plans to address potential issues proactively. I also spearhead cost reduction and sustainment initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and long-term sustainability in our projects.
