Working Hard towards building my dream.But Entrepreneur has a different DNA and they have a passion to solve the problems that\'s how I have established multiple startups in the last 10years and failed couple.BookMyMedicine - An Online marketplace to buy medicines (Hyderabad only)- 20••••11 Failure - Market was not ready to buy online medicine during 2009-10.This model was too early during those times.Ranves IT Solutions Pvt Ltd - An IT services company which provides IT services in Identity & Access Management domain- 20••••11 Success - This was a successful model and we could recover all the financial loss incurred during BookMyMedicine. Failure - Personal crisis has hit this services company and has to exit the company with very little profits.Time 2 Tiffin - A big break of 6 years but then DNA did not allow me to stop solving problems. That is when I saw a problem with IT employees, who have money but starve there stomach for breakfast due to lack of time.Cloud Kitchen Concept was born (20••••18). Cloud Kitchen concept was really awesome with a lot of happy customers. We had almost 300 Orders per day with 45 employees. Failure - Unit economics has failed. By the time we realize that unit economics is a failure, we were running out of cash in Bank. Learning - Great experience, learned a lot in managing large teams, Vendor management, Cost optimization, Cost-effective Marketing.
