Define, lead and execute the product strategy and product roadmap for the client facing mobile application and internal portal, aligned with business goals and customer needs with customer centric mindset Assume ownership for the product right from the conception of idea including implementation to release ensuring the optimized customer experience Collaborate with prospective users of customer data, understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into CDP product requirements and detailed user stories, evaluated against a strict acceptance criteria Define and develop data-based decisions for minimal viable product and monitored each stage of development which led to a successful launch of product Prioritize customer requirements and, in coordination with the development teams, structure them into needs-based work packages and make them available to the development teams in the form of user stories. Also ensuring the technical team is not exposed to external communications to ensure the technical team is focused on their tasks. Define and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to align them with the product roadmap. Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the technology, ensuring continuous improvement through iterations and optimization.
