Lead emergency response efforts, coordinate with emergency services, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence. Stay updated with relevant EHS legislation and ensure all Qualcomm operations comply with safety and environmental laws. Address ergonomic issues and promote a healthy work environment to enhance employee well-being and productivity. Analyze and communicate the EHS performance of the site, propose improvement action plans to client EHS heads. Recruit, develop and manage EHS & Facilities team. Ensure the expertise and know-how development, carry out organizational changes. Continuously assess and improve EHS programs, integrating best practices and innovative methods to enhance safety and environmental performance.
