Monitors capacity utilization for the supported services lines. Has good knowledge of the systems being used in their core scheduling function. Assists in the production, interpretations and analysis of routine business reports. Provides general information about departmental workloads, processes and operations to internal clients. Leads the development and implementation of selected scheduling processes and/or process improvement opportunities. Drives harmonization across global sites. Maintains training manuals and tools for scheduling functions. Performs tasks in support of the global scheduling workloads as required. Trains other staff in the scheduling functions as appropriate,Actively interfaces with the IT services team to build reports.
