ABOUT RANJIT NAIR
Ranjit is a versatile and outcome focused management practitioner with 15+ years experience in operational and HR roles both in Australia and overseas. During his career, Ranjit has managed high performance teams, delivered large scale HR programs and led projects of strategic importance in a range of industries including transportation, government, oil and gas and statutory bodies. Since February 2020 he led the workforce aspects of the NSW COVID response team focused on building a world class team. He is currently leading the Strategic Projects and Analytics function at the NSW Ministry of Health. Significant previous achievements have included managing a vital talent program (600+ participants), leading the workforce planning function for a complex and sensitive organisation employees), leadership development programs and representing the employer on workforce relations issues at semi-judicial forums.
