As a HR Director, I see my role not just as a leader but as someone who’s here to listen, understand, and bring out the best in people. HR, for me, goes beyond policies and processes; it’s about creating an environment where everyone feels they belong. My life has taught me that even in the coldest of winters, the promise of spring is never far behind. This belief fuels my hope and optimism in every challenge and every conversation I have, reminding me that there’s always potential waiting to be uncovered. My curiosity about what makes people tick led me to the field of Transactional Analysis (TA) and psychotherapy. Starting as a personal journey to better understand myself, it quickly became a way for me to help others see themselves more clearly. Practicing TA has taught me the power of empathy, and that sometimes, all someone needs is to feel seen and understood. As I continue my studies in TA, it’s a reminder that there’s always room to grow, to learn, and to deepen our compassion for one another.I feel a deep commitment to authenticity in all that I do, and that translates into how I approach HR. Each policy or program I work on, each team I support, is about creating something meaningful—a place where people feel safe to bring their whole selves, whether they’re working through a tough day or celebrating a win.As a mother, classical dancer, and HR professional, I’m constantly learning, balancing, and rediscovering myself. Whether it\'s through the joy of dance or the depth of my work both as a HR and a Psychotherapist, I believe life is about finding connection and meaning. My goal is to make every workplace I’m part of feel just a little bit more human, a place where people aren’t just employees but individuals with their own stories, strengths, and dreams. It’s this vision that keeps me inspired and grounded, knowing that every step forward is a chance to make a difference—one person, one conversation, and one day at a time.
