   Effectively monitor IT projects related to Erroneous Payment Corrections (EPC) for the Department of Healthcare Service (DHCS) on the California Medi-Cal Management Information Systems (CA-MMIS) account from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers and department personnel. o Plan and direct schedules to achieve project goals and timelines from initiation through completion. o Monitor and track 120 day and 365 day compliance, and escalate when thresholds are threatened. Saved Conduent $1 million by meeting December 120 SLA compliance target which was at risk of not meeting 80% compliance during a Turnover period. o Effectively engage stakeholders, both internal and external, within a politically sensitive environment, to understand complex issues, recognize decision points, and to design and deliver creative solutions. o Organize project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication to ensure completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. o Maintain all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities; for example, project scheduling, forecasting, issue/risk management, change management, and status reporting.
