I have 28 years of experience (with over 15 years in CXO roles) of having led and delivered hotels, mixed use developments, shopping centers, commercial offices, residential projects, integrated townships and large scale redevelopment projects.1. Worked with the Tata Group, Wadia Group, Reliance Group / Makers and presently with the Adani Group.2. Presently as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Dharavi Redevelopment Project, Adani Group. As Business Head - Strategic Projects, Adani Realty, lead the Group’s initiative into large scale (typically over 100 acres), complex redevelopment projects. As CEO, Gujarat Region, Adani Realty, led real estate development and launched over 5 million sq.ft. of mixed use projects in under 18 months.5. As Executive President, led the development of Maker Maxity, a 25-acre mixed-use development in BKC, Mumbai (~ Rs. Cr.) comprising offices, a shopping center (Jio World Drive), a membership club (The Bay Club) and two luxury hotels. Worked on the development strategy of the shopping center (Jio World Plaza). Set up a mall management company to operate both Jio World Drive and Jio World Plaza.8. Part of the core team that helped set up the Realty Division for Bombay Dyeing (now Bombay Realty). Headed the Shopping Center Business at Bombay Realty and co-led the JV with Simon Property Group, USA. Worked on planning and development of two central Mumbai mill lands ~60 acres (~8 million sq.ft, Rs. Cr).11. Part of the core team at The Taj Group that set up Ginger Hotels responsible for the business plan and strategy, complete product development, planning and projects and roll out across the country.12. As part of Corporate Planning and Projects at The Taj Group, developed and delivered directly multiple green field hotel projects and strategic renovations (Taj Mahal Mumbai, Lake Palace Udaipur, etc.).
