Employment, income, dignity – we work to connect the dots of this area of human development and well-being - I facilitate and oversee comprehensive operations, focusing on agriculture, livestock, welfare, and Panchayati Raj systems. I ensure effective planning, implementation, and coordination of livelihood programs, while building strong community and institutional linkages.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate the planning and execution of agriculture, livestock, and rural development initiatives, ensuring alignment with program goals and local needs in intervention area. Supervise and guide a team of 8 field staff including Community Resource Persons (CRPs), Paravets, and Panchayat Sathi to enhance grassroots program delivery.Facilitate the implementation of Birsa Harit Gram Yojana (Agri-Horticulture), promoting sustainable agriculture with a focus on mango and mixed fruit plantations.Manage livestock development activities, including goat health (deworming, vaccination), housing, feed systems, and backyard poultry; lead Bakri Palak Pathshala sessions on goat rearing best practices.Coordinate with key stakeholders, including government departments (Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture), JSLPS (SRLM), and PRI bodies, to ensure effective program convergence and resource mobilization.Conduct training needs assessments and organize capacity-building programs for SHG members, LPG, PUG, CBOs, NGO/GO staff, and internal teams focused on agriculture and livelihoods.Engage daily with the community to implement livelihood interventions, support community mobilization, and integrate services related to health, education, childcare (crèches), migration, and entitlements.Maintain accurate and timely MIS documentation, monitor field activities, and ensure data quality for effective reporting and evaluation.
