As an HR & Project Coordinator for the Mumbai Metro Line 4 Project, I support end-to-end manpower deployment, coordination, and HR operations between the Consortium HR, General Consultant (GC) team, and Client (MMRDA), ensuring smooth and timely onboarding aligned with contract requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesPoint of Contact – Consortium HR & GC TeamMaintain and update the GC Deployment Tracker on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and real-time status tracking.Assist RPM in reviewing and comparing proposed CVs against contract conditions.Coordinate internal technical interviews (online/physical) with GC Department Heads.Collect signed interview feedback forms and share them with Consortium HR.Coordinate with Consortium HR for document collection and prepare CVs in the client-specified format.Support RPM in preparing CV submission letters and comparative statements.Share updated deployment trackers with Consortium HR at defined intervals.Actively participate in weekly deployment review calls with Consortium HR, Consortium Coordinator, and RPM.Point of Contact – Client (MMRDA) & GC TeamCoordinate with DE-MMRDA and nominated officials for internal noting and deployment approvals.Assist in arranging client interviews whenever required.Follow up and track deployment approval files within the MMRDA system.Support preparation of deployment-related documents as required by the project.Internal GC CoordinationCoordinate with GC Department Heads to track position-wise deployment status.Liaise with Admin, IT, and Transport teams for joining formalities of newly approved candidates.Share manpower deployment updates with the Project Accounts team as needed.Support to RPMAssist in monitoring and updating man-month consumption and utilization.Ensure timely updates of deployment trackers as per defined frequency.
