Handling Entire Security operations of the Green field project and Plants with an area of acres and Manpower and Vehicle per day.Job Roll & Responsibilities.To Ensure Safety and security of the Plants, Mines, Green field Project, Asset & Company Properties.Ensuring to Perimeter Security & Patrolling Management of Plants & Mines and Project areas. Theft prevention and upgraded the investigation procedures & report submission.Preparing MIS report and compiled daily & Monthly reports & present to management. Skills Trainings & Development management- preparing training module for team. Monitoring the Access control for Men, Material & Vehicle.Monitoring the Material Management (Raw Material, Cement / Clinker, Limestone, Coal & Fuel, AFR Material & Project Materials).Vehicle and Traffic Management-Ensuring smooth vehicular movement in plant & Mines premises and maintaining FIFO, TAT and Parking management.Monitoring CCTV Surveillance, RFID Systems, and Automation Systems & SAP Systems. To Ensure the quality Security services provided to plant and Maintaining all Security agency related statuary compliance.Preparing NFA, PR & Bill booking SES in SAP & ensuring timely submission of bills.Manages the budget and other financial measures of the Security department.Liaison with Local Government Agencies for required legal/ Security clearances.Liaison with Airport Authority for protocol & VVIP movement. To ensure policies & procedures through the management SOPs aligned with organizational goals. Develops Security strategies and implementation through reorganization appropriate and effective external sources for organization. Monitoring the Fire-Operation- Fire brigade, Rescue operation & Maintenance of fire equipment. Support to admin team for all other administrative services as may be required from time to time.
