For the past 6+ years, I have been working in the social and rural development space, focusing on cross-cutting areas such as livelihood promotion, skill development, CSR, women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship development, education, and health.Currently, I serve as a Public Sector Consultant at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, specializing in rural development and marketing. My work centers on fostering rural entrepreneurship through cluster development, market linkages, and partnerships with government and community institutions. Key contributions include establishing three poultry clusters in collaboration with JSLPS and designing integrated rural marketing strategies that have positively impacted over 1,500 farmer families.I have strong experience in knowledge management, stakeholder engagement, and government partnerships, with a proven record of developing knowledge systems, training modules, and managing multi-stakeholder coalitions. My efforts consistently focus on building sustainable livelihood strategies through agri-value chains, financial inclusion, and FPO promotion, while advancing social development and women’s empowerment.Earlier in my career, I worked in the marketing and sales domain with leading companies such as Samsung and BSH Household Appliances, where I gained valuable expertise in customer excellence, product marketing, sales, and distribution management. 1. Lead- Social Sector and Livelihood

   At Grant Thornton, I lead initiatives in rural development, livelihood promotion, and market systems strengthening, with a focus on FPO development, cluster-based interventions, and government partnerships.FPO & Cluster Development: Spearheaded the management and mobilization of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), supporting six FPOs in compliance, governance, and business activities. Developed three farm-based clusters involving over 1,500 farmer families, integrating climate-resilient and regenerative agriculture practices.Livestock & Agri-Value Chains: Implemented livestock programmes in collaboration with JSLPS, including the induction of Sonali birds and development of poultry & egg production clusters. Designed income-enhancing interventions in poultry, fisheries, and NTFP value chains.Market Linkages & Rural Infrastructure: Facilitated forward and backward linkages for agri-produce and livestock through structured rural marketing infrastructure—setting up raw material banks, credit connect systems, and common facility centres.Government & CSR Engagement: Established strong liaison with MoRD, MoSDE, KVKs, and District Administrations to ensure convergence with government schemes, CSR initiatives, and resource mobilization.Non-Farm Enterprises & Women’s Empowerment: Mobilized artisans and SHG entrepreneurs into non-farm clusters, creating viable entrepreneurial ecosystems and promoting rural women’s economic participation.Capacity Building & Knowledge Transfer: Designed and delivered skill development and governance training for artisans, entrepreneurs, and PO boards to strengthen leadership, business acumen, and sustainability.Key Achievements: Supported 6 FPOs on business operations, compliance, and sustainability.
