QuEST -GE Power Allianceo Participate in R-calls for ITO - OTR project lifecycle management; support ITO & product management team with Risk assessments, translate customer requirements/ RFQ, support customer proposals generation, Influence product design & development, evaluate engineering cost & cycle, host customer meetings, etc.Collaborate with internal & external customers and stake holders, business partner in driving on-time and quality execution.o Responsible for PI planning of the teamo Responsible for technical & schedule Risk Identification and mitigation across complete Controls Scope, working closely with partner team and leveraging thesupport system (TLs, CTHs, RTEs) of both CST and partner team.o Drive ER case resolutions, engage regional product support to drive customer experience, suggest & partner with CTHs for – NCR / RCAs for processimprovements & simplification needed for efficient and low CoPQ executionso Define priorities for the team, act as a customer proxy to set expectations on the quality of deliverable, support the scrum master & Lead controls engineers in setting milestones, conduct SPRINT planning & retrospective meetings.o Own the project backlog and accountable for quality of team deliverableo Hold backlog backlog grooming sessions in each SPRINT to ensure project execution is on track, eliminate distractions, provide coaching & mentoring to individualsbased on identified needs.o Support the team in product validation- by developing FMEA, Checkout Procedures, Hazop Reviewso Support ITO teams with customer proposal creation, attend R-calls, provide cost & cycle estimates, risk assessments, support product design & development.o Co-ordinate Customer Events- SWAT, KOMs
