Sanofi has adopted multi-cloud strategy consisting of AWS, AZURE and GCP based on specific usecases. I have responsibilities in the areas of managing build of Cloud landing zones, onboarding business accounts/ subscriptions, user/ application management on cloud as well as managing partners supporting DevOps based build/ operations- Responsible to manage Annual Cloud Spend Budget of Euro € 40 Million for Sanofi- Previously in the Digital Technology organization, accountable for the delivery of Business Intelligence, Decision Support, MIS, Analytics, BIG Data, SAP and Integration platform services- This includes architecture design, the technical components standardization and lifecycle- Managing a team (50+ people includes contractors and direct reports) of project technical coordinators and architect, in charge of the projects delivery on the infrastructure topics- Managing the program portfolio and budgets for infrastructure contributions on Business Projects- Working closely with vendors to conceive and design best-in-class solutions for Sanofi business functions in identified region- Draft and implement critical processes and procedures based on industry best practices; Conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple technology projects on time and within budget and collaborate with other business partners in region to define technology strategy that maximizes business value and minimizes time to market
