Currently, I lead the division PMO with direct oversight over a team of 14 PMs spread across US/UK/LatAm/India delivery centers with a mandate for on-time and profitable execution of 80+ projects across 4 product lines spanning 6 continents with a portfolio value of $42+million. This portfolio encompasses the implementation of on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions from Emerson covering Order-to-Cash, Scheduling, Terminal Automation, Leak Detection, and Pipeline Integrity business processes for midstream energy and chemical companies engaged in hydrocarbon/new energy storage, handling, and transportation activities. Besides overall portfolio P&L, also responsible for: • defining PMO standards and governance, ensuring implementation quality, proactive risk management, knowledge harvesting, methodology development, continuous improvement, • estimation and review of implementation proposals/Statements of Work and major change requests impacting greenfield, upgrade, and ongoing projects, • full life cycle talent management starting from resource planning to recruitment, onboarding, performance management & resource retention, and resource utilization, • driving strategic new product implementation engagements with key pilot clients, • cultivating relationships with client executives for project success, • driving close collaboration of the Professional Services team with key internal cross-functional stakeholders, namely, Sales/Pre-Sales, Marketing and Product Management, Product Engineering, and Customer Support teams, to ensure a seamless transition at every stage of the project from initial bidding to execution followed by post-production support.
