I am an Assistant Professor at ICFAI University, Tripura in the Physical Education and Yoga department. I have a passion for teaching and learning about the benefits of physical activity and yoga for health and wellness. I have a rich academic background in both physical education and yoga, with degrees from reputed institutions such as Tripura University, Kaivalyadhama, and SVYASA Yoga University. I have also received several awards and honors for my academic excellence and achievements, such as the Gold Medal in BPED, the Best Student Award in PGDYED, and Best Player Award from Sports Journalism of Tripur, Federation of India I am looking for a better opportunity to advance my career and contribute to the field of physical education and yoga. I have experience in teaching various courses such as anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, sports psychology, yoga philosophy, yoga therapy, and research methodology.
