ABOUT RANJAN KOTYAL

I transitioned to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to align my career with my aspiration to give back to society. My focus is on bridging the urban-rural divide by digitizing the last mile of Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services and empowering underserved rural youth. Through training in financial and digital literacy, I help them establish sustainable businesses, fostering economic independence and community impact. Previously, I served as a Transition Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), managing outsourced business process transitions for seamless integration and operational efficiency. At Unilever, I was a Procurement Manager for Business Services, overseeing R&D, IT (Robotics & AI), and software/licenses procurement. My expertise includes supplier risk assessment, strategic sourcing, contract management, and value creation. With over 20 years of cross-industry experience in Hospitality, Software, FMCG, and Social sectors, my core competencies include operations, strategic procurement, project delivery, stakeholder management, and process improvement. I excel in leading teams, driving efficiencies, and fostering innovation. A proactive planner and natural team player, I thrive in collaborative environments, leveraging my adaptability and networking skills to deliver results. I am fluent in English and Hindi, with working knowledge of Spanish and elementary Portuguese. Proficient in Power BI, I leverage data for decision-making in the social sector. My transition to CSR reflects my commitment to creating sustainable impact and driving positive change by empowering communities and bridging socio-economic gaps.
