About Ranjan Banerjee
Ranjan is the Group Head of Human Resources at Berger Paints India, a leading manufacturer and supplier of decorative and industrial paints. With over 30 years of industry experience, he is also a CFI Certified Executive Coach and a Change & Transformation Specialist, providing advisory services in organization building, culture change, and industrial relations.Ranjan has worked in various HR leadership roles in several large Indian conglomerates and leading foreign multinationals across sectors such as FMCG, Telecom, Hospitality, Power & Infrastructure, Media & Entertainment, and Textiles & Fashion Fabrics. He has led culture transformations to enable organizations prepare for growth, re-structured organizations to make them market-facing and customer-centric, and re-positioned the role of HR from transactional to transformational.
