Leading and driving Integrated Test Plan of JLR products for global markets (China, US, EU, UK & Middle-east Asia) to enable vehicle concerns and devlopments to be allocated to correct system and product teams to be investigated across the patch against the targeted deliverables for Job#1 gateway- Analysing and reporting vehicle attributes and development activities to achieve desired technical deliverables at each milestones and gateways of product development cycle- Governance of Technical Risk & Recovery forum, Engineering Sign-Offs and evidences to achive desired gateways in the programme cycle- Chairing and supporting key meetings in VAVE to take detailed actions/minutes and drive relevant agenda items to close out key issues- Record Owner of the department’s key process and evidence storage repositories (inc. Sharepoint, DRIM, etc.)- Liaising with the company quality & product engineering audit teams to ensure compliance to the IATF 16949 standard and support of audits in line with the annual schedules- Delivering new process improvements to the vehicle integration cadence to ensure all forums add value to the participants- Vehicle 3D scanning activities of competitor vehicles- Organizing evaluation drives, townhalls, trainings and other departmental events.
