As Disability Examiner, I am in charge of executing inclusive review for all disability case types of Title II and Title XVI claim decisions completed nationwide by state agencies.↗ With such responsibility, I ensure that case determinations are accurate and policy compliant under the operational and policy procedures of the Social Security Act. ↗ Depending on the appropriate action, I can reverse or revise state agencies’ determinations regarding initial, reconsideration and continuing disability review allowances, denials, continuations, and cessations.
