   Team: co-creation- Developed a KYC orchestration system integrating third-party provider, implementing async status reconciliation via schedulers for pending approvals and ensuring post-approval virtual number/Exophone provisioning for agents- Developed a multi-tenant call-capping engine enforcing FTD/MTD rate limits with strict tenant isolation and pre-dial validation to prevent over-dialing and ensure regulatory compliance- Implemented a centralized proxy webhook forwarding service to route callback events reliably across downstream APIs- Developed an automated call-campaign creation workflow by integrating client\'s OAuth access_token generation API along with AES-256 encrypted Mule Data Query API (ensuring secure encryption of request payloads and proper decryption of responses) and then triggering AWS Lambda executions to add contact-lists and to handle call campaign logic- Built REST APIs for a doctor’s appointment booking system. An automated daily call-campaign creation service ingests appointment data and dynamically triggers outbound calls to patients to reconfirm the appointment status via integrated telephony APIs by Exotel. Created a Passthru in the IVR flow to integrate the client\'s callback appointment confirmation API, triggered when a patient presses the button for appointment confirmation, to send real-time confirmation updates to the client- Architected and deployed a Blue-Green deployment strategy on AWS, configuring infrastructure for zero-downtime releases, controlled traffic shifting and fast rollback capabilities- Built an inbound call routing mechanism mapping customers to their most recently interacted agent, improving call continuity and experience- Built automated scheduler services to push daily call-detail records and call recordings to client SFTP servers and AWS S3 buckets- Actively participated in production on-call rotations, incident handling, root cause analysis and system reliability improvements.
