Vice-Présidente d\'Université Côte d\'Azur en charge de l\'Entrepreneuriat avec l’ambition d’impulser l’esprit d’entreprendre des étudiant.e.s et chercheur.e.s et contribuer à structurer la chaîne entrepreneuriale universitaire en collaboration avec les acteurs de l’écosystème de notre territoire azuréen. J\'ai contribué à créer et je dirige le centre entrepreneuriat «UniCA Entreprendre» dédié à l\'enseignement & l\'accompagnement entrepreneurial qui oeuvre pour assurer le déploiement des programmes d\'acculturation, de formation et d\'accompagnement entrepreneurial. UniCA Entreprendre déploie le programme PEPITE Méditerranée pour l\'ensemble des étudiant.e.s entrepreneur.e.s du territoire.Au-delà de l’accompagnement, le centre entrepreneuriat est devenu le catalyseur du développement des compétences transverses pour l’épanouissement des étudiant.e.s et doctorant.e.s et le renforcement de leur insertion professionnelle : les programmes visent au développement des compétences telles que la créativité, la confiance en soi, l’engagement, la motivation, la capacité à anticiper le risque et à s’adapter à l’incertitude et devenir des acteurs du changement.Research & Education Background :During the Ph.D I have been invited by Pr E. Garnsey at the University of Cambridge (UK) and have been granted DIME Fellowship to study 2 years at the Cambridge-MIT Institute Programme on Regional Entrepreneurship & Innovation.After the Ph.D I have been selected by Broman Foundation for a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, University of Gothenburg, Sweden.Currently, I am permanent Researcher at CNRS GREDEG and Maîtresse de Conférences HDR at Université Côte d\'Azur\'s Graduate School of Economics & Management (EUR ELMI)I am the director of 3 University Programmes - Master\'s \"Innovation & Management de la Transition des Territoires\"(IMTT)- D.U. Entrepreneuriat Etudiant - D.U. Deeptech Entrepreneurship ant its challenges from research to industryMy current research fall into 5 areas- Hybrid entrepreneurs- Alternative social entrepreneurial practices in local development- Deeptech Entrepreneurship : Business models Innovation, ECR careers trajectory, Legitimacy - Knowledge Integration in collaborative territorial innovation projectsMy academic publications are available on HAL SHS : I have published in several journals including : Research Policy, Tourism Management, International Journal of Technology Management, Review of Entrepreneurship, Innovations, Entreprendre & Innover etc.
