Leads the technical support and operational implementation of all parts of digital transformation projects\' life cycle, including conception and capitalization. The scope of these projects is broad and encompasses various aspects of the digital transformation in the public sector.Support and advise stakeholders within the Government department on digital transformation and technological topics;Support the team and provide technical assistance for the development and implementation of digital transformation projects.Promote the development of digital skills and knowledge within the team;Provide technical assistance in the revision of terms of reference, tenders, proposals and technical reports;Provides daily support to teams in the implementation of the portfolio of digital transformation projects (contracting, drafting of terms of reference, organization of consultations and calls for tenders, coordination of technical expertise, etc.);Ensures coordination between the various project stakeholders (donors, field-based Expertise France teams, technical and institutional partners, etc.);Oversees technical and financial reporting of projects to the lessor according to current procedures;Ensures the good circulation of information and the maintenance of good collaborative relations with AFD agencies, EUD and other european partners, the services of embassies of the countries concerned as well as with local and international authorities;Contributes to the identification of new experts on the theme of Digital Transformation;Main Projects in Lebanon, Vietnam, Benin, Kenya, Rwanda, Botswana, Greece on digital transformation and public transformation
